At Walpres Ltd we design and manufacture a wide range of Aluminium Pressings including accessories, spanners, brackets, washers and all types of presswork for the motor trade. We have a capacity up to 100 tonnes and can handle both steel and non-ferrous metals as needed. We handle components made from a wide range of raw material including: stainless steel, mild and coated steel, aluminium, phosphor bronze, copper and brass. We continuously monitor the condition of tools during presswork, and our regular maintenance inspections ensure continuous component production to the high standards that you require.

For technical pressings, we manufacture quality stampings to the highest technical specifications using many different materials in coil or cut blanks. Our machine capacity ranges from 10t to 400t using manual, progression or automated lines achieving up to eight inches deep for drawn pressings.
